Fabrication
Among the more than 250,000 square feet of laboratory space, HRL’s world-class, 10,000-square-foot, Class 10, fabrication facility offers prototyping services in emerging technologies such as photonics and semiconductor wafer fabrication. The facility includes 17 state-of-the-art bays and electron beam lithography equipment. We’re available for contract research and development, as well as foundry production runs.
