HRL Honors Former Board Chairman Dr. Paul G. Kaminski

Dr. Paul G. Kaminski served as HRL Laboratories’ Chairman of the Board from 2004 until 2023. That’s 19 years – nearly two decades of leadership excellence and unwavering guidance that helped the organization thrive. With a profound influence on HRL’s success and culture, Dr. Kaminski championed HRL to push the boundaries of innovation.

As he retires from this role, Dr. Kaminski provides his insightful perspective on the history of HRL as well as the future of science and technology. His remarkable career focused on turning bold ideas into reality, assembling brilliant teams and consistently overcoming obstacles to realize victories. These qualities are at the heart of HRL’s identity.

To thank him, HRL dedicates its newly modernized Auditorium space to Dr. Paul. G. Kaminski. HRL continues to leverage Dr. Kaminski’s wisdom as a consultant in key strategic areas.
